Methods:Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine outpatient and inpatient stomach60patients were randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine group (Yiqi-huoxue formula Zhihuangqi30g, Chuan Gui10g, Chaobaishao20g, raw Puhuang10g, Wulingzhi10g, Ruxiang3g, Tieshuye30g, Zhigancao6g+proton pump inhibitors:omeprazole) and western medicine group (proton pump inhibitors:omeprazole), and included follow-up, recurrence was observed within1year, measured before treatment, recurrence and follow-up period of1year and did not relapse over COX-1COX-2and PGE2in serum of patients expression. Results:before treatment of Chinese and western medicine group and western medicine group the expression of COX-1, COX-2and PGE2in serum has no obvious difference (P>0.05), comparable.
