Objects:This topic inherited a tradition term yiweitang ("Wen Bing Tiao Bian") and applies drugs, which benefits fluid of YangMing, supplements qi of TaiYin and Shu Yu of liver, through the metabolism content influence of climacteric famale rat chronic fatigue syndrome model animals' central amino acid neurotransmitters and related testing; offer new treat pathway and security medicine for preventing and curing chronic fatigue syndrome in premenopause and improve women quality of life, and has proved the significance of traditional classic theory.Methods:Choose 10-12 months old SD female rat, climacteric female rat model was made by observing vaginal keratinized cell through papanicolaou staining for 4 estrous cycle, choose the rat whose oestrus elongation as climacteric female rat model. Experimental animal was devided into 6 groups stochastically:normal blank group, blank control group, yiwei decoction group in high dosage, yiwei decoction group in middle dosage, yiwei decoction group in low dosage, Fluoxetine tablets group.30 days later after making the model and using herbs, takes the Hippocampus, the examination targets:Glu, Asp, Gly, Glu/Gly, Asp/Gly, NMDA-R, cAMP, cGMP.Results:Compared with control, regulation in general terms: yiweitang and applies drugs, which benefits fluid of YangMing, supplements qi of TaiYin and Shu Yu of liver can fight fatigue, enhance learning and memory, improve exploratory behavior and depression role. Regulation of amino acid levels in the hippocampus:yiwei decoction group can improve brain Asp/Gly and Glu/Gly ratios, indicating yiwei decoction group can be adjusted by excitatory amino acids and inhibitory amino acid level and proportion of lower Gly content, should enhance its anti- shock response capacity, and to some extent, enhance the body's antioxidant capacity, thus improving the neurological function of cells, to eliminate fatigue, improve learning and memory effect. Amino acid neurotransmitters in the signal transduction pathway conduction:Yiwei Tang elevated Glu levels can enhance the ability of both pro and against chronic restraint hippocampal learning and memory ability, thus contributing to fatigue recovery. The increased hippocampal cAMP levels and cAMP/cGMP ratio decreased cGMP levels, suggesting that Yiwei Tang can be adjusted by the ratio between the further regulation of the metabolism of central amino acid transmitter, so as to improve the ability of learning and memory and conduct to the recovery of fatigue.Conclusions:Chinese traditional medicine yiweitang with benefiting fluid of YangMing, supplements qi of TaiYin and Shu Yu of liver, by regulating metabolism and signal transduction pathways, enhance the body's antioxidant capacity to combat chronic restraint induced learning and memory decline, ease "chronic fatigue" physical and psychological stress in rats with the state and promote the recovery of fatigue.
