The Study On Smoking And Passive Smoking Status Influence Factors Research Of Rural Residents In Tonghai County Yunnan Province

Objectives:To understand the current situation of smoking and smokers in the Yunnan province. Smoking cessation reveals behavior characteristics of willingness and influencing factors for the follow-up, intervention research provides preliminary analysis, to provide a scientific basis for the future development of effective smoking cessation interventions.Methods Selected all villages and towns in Tonghai County Yunnan Province including nine villages and towns. For all population of18years old with questionnaire survey, the questionnaire included smoking and smoking related individuals in general, psychological, behavioral, disease and social family. Application of statistics software to smoking, passive smoking crowd, awareness of smoking cessation, smoking cessation action with respect to the distribution, causes and influence factors analysis.Results:(1).The age of smoking initiation of Smokers in Tonghai county is low, the initial smoking at an average age of17.72years, at the age of20years prior to the start of habitual smoking accounted for78%; smoking is generally longer, the average duration of smoking for29.45years.(2). Smoking degree is relatively heavy, moderate and heavy smokers account for51.7%of the total number.(3). Smokers cigarette prices and used for tobacco consumption with the increase of household income.(4) more than half of the smokers choose water pipe as smoking tools.(5). Most of nicotine smokers with considerable dependence, every first cigarette in half hour time get up accounted for54.6%; wake behind hours than at other times of day smoke more accounted for40.2%.(6)31.9%of the smokers had quit smoking experience.(7) have been sick smokers accounted for44.4%, while sick need bed still could continue smoking accounted for18.5%.(8) Passive smoking rate is52.08%, the female was larger than the male, home subjected to passive smoking in a case of severe.(9) The influence of smoking and smoking cessation in smokers. Influence factors is affected by gender, education, marriage, marriage, family, ethnic, social environment and other factors.Conclusions:1.Smokers begin smoking at a low age, therefore attention should be pay to adolescent smoking.2.national minority smoking rate is significantly higher than that of Han nationality, so later to be tailored to each nation's customs and habits to make corresponding control measures.3. Smoker's income levels and cigarette consumption is a certain relationship, so can raise tobacco taxes as a smoking cessation of an auxiliary measures.4. general survey of cultural level is relatively low, thus we should further carry out the health hazards of smoking knowledge, to the village some wrong ideas, make scientific guidance.5.Due to passive smoking situation is severe, especially women and children, so the development of a ban on smoking in public places is very necessary legal regulations.
