The tumor indexes including TK1,CEA,SCC-Ag and CYFRA21-1were measured by electrical chemiluminescence assay.Resultsâ‘ S erum TK1, CEA, SCC-Ag and CYFRA21-1level and the positive rates inNSCLC patients during preoperative period is higher than the benign disease controlgroup (P<0.05).â‘¡Serum TK1level changes in NSCLC patients preoperative andpostoperative one week and one month showed a trend of hump-shaped curve, there isno obvious statistical significance difference (P>0.05). Serum CEA, SCC-Ag andCYFRA21-1level of postoperative one week and one month in NSCLC patients aresignificantly lower than the level before the operation (P<0.05). Serum CEA andCYFRA21-1level of postoperative one week and one month in NSCLC patientsshowed no statistical difference compared with benign disease control group (P>0.05),serum TK1and SCC-Ag level of the postoperative one week show statisticallydifference compared with benign disease control group (P<0.05), the postoperative onemonth level of serum TK1and SCC-Ag show no statistical difference compared withbenign disease control group (P>0.05).â‘¢The preoperative level of TK1and CEA in adenocarcinoma are higher than that insquamous carcinoma (P<0.05).â‘£The preoperative level of serum TK1and CYFRA21-1in female NSCLC patients are higher than male patients, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05),preoperative serum CEA and SCC-Ag level of NSCLC patients show no obviousstatistical correlation with gender (P>0.05). The preoperative level of serum TK1inNSCLC patients negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation of lung cancer, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative level of tumor markers in NSCLC may be useful inmonitoring diagnosis and differential diagnosis of NSCLC, especially in analyzing theinvisible tumor burden of NSCLC patients. The perioperative level of tumor markers inNSCLC is related with the surgical effect and tissue types, and serum TK1and CEA aremore suitable for the evaluation of patients with lung adenocarcinoma, there is somevalue in the clinical applications. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | NSCLC, TK1, CEA, CYFRA21-1, SCC-Ag | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
