Objective The article attempts to analyze the granulocytes surface expression of CD64in the group of kidney transplantation through the application of statistical methods, compare mainly with the expression of CD64of the normal, the patients on dialysis, the health kidney post-transplantation,the patients with infection and treatment of renal post-transplantation.In order to evaluate the possibility of CD64in renal transplantation as an infection of monitoring indicators and provide the clinical evidence for treatment, reduce the rate of infection and mortality, extend the survival of kidney transplant.Method During the period February2011to March2012,40cases of renal transplant patients have been done the determination of CD64on admission, and determination the blood cell analysis and CRP levels (infected patients) from the cubital vein. The infection of renal post-transplant must be completed the blood and urine, sputum, nasopharyngeal swabs of culture of bacteria and fungi and sensitivity test.CD64kit is made from Becton Dickinson Bioscience,C-reactive protein the reference value of detection range is4-10mg/L.The group of transplant is divided into the following groups based on clinical and blood cell analysis:normal control, dialysis group, the normal of renal post-transplantation, renal post-transplantation with infection, the treatment of renal post-transplant. The use of statistical methods: Firstly, analysis of CD64expression in the normal control and dialysis, the normal of post. Secondly, analysis of CD64expression in the infection and treatment group. The last, analysis of the correlation between the granulocyte CD64and the percentage of neutrophils. Each set of test results is in the form of the mean±standard deviation (x±s) by SPSS17.0sofeware for statistical analysis. Results The expression levels of neutrophil and monocyte of the mean fluorescence of CD64in normal control and dialysis, normal of post-transplant is141.80±34.26,794.86±282.70,139.55±26.72,903.63±326.23,74.06±34.49,535.46±178.17,respectively. The expression levels of neutrophil and monocyte of the mean fluorescence of CD64in the infection and treatment is309.29±217.91,1349.39±500.00;132.02±138.83,753.77±392.97, respectively. The level of monocyte CD64in normal control is significantly higher than the normal of post,(P<0.05). The level of neutrophil and monocyte CD64in dialysis is significantly higher than the normal of post,(P<0.05). Besides, the level of neutrophil and monocyte CD64in infection is significantly higher than the treatment of infection,(P<0.05)Conclusion CD64expression on neutrophils and monocytes in the renal transplant compared with normal subjects have the existence of differences, and the average fluorescence intensity of monocyte in normal of post-transplant is lower than the normal contral and the dialysis, there is no difference between the normal control and the dialysis. CD64expression on neutrophils and monocytes will be increased in the renal post-transplantation with infection. Therefore, the expression of CD64on neutrophils and monocytes can be used as an infection of the indicators used in kidney transplant population.
