Migrant workers left the countryside to make a living. They often bear urban development jobs which are the toughest, dirtiest, and dangerous. They provided a powerful impetus for China's economic growth. However, they are one of the most vulnerable crowds in China because they often in poor working conditions, and often face health risks and occupational protection problem.At present,"Dual" structure is the emphasis of China's occupational disease prevention system and it rely more on government and enterprises to joint control. However, because of the nature of enterprise and government lack of external constraints and so on, lead to China's system of occupational disease prevention can not be effective prevention and treatment of occupational diseases occur.Governance theory seeks to form a joint force of government, market and society of the three by choosing the appropriate mechanism to build a conscious union autonomy network, thereby eliminating public problem, improve social welfare. Governance theory because of its good prospect, in its initial concept, was widespread concern within the foreign. There are still controversial, but its core content, such as management of diversification, network management theory has been approved.Therefore, this study will be based on knowledge, awareness and behavior about occupational disease prevention of migrant workers in Gejiu and Kunming, analyze the necessity and feasibility of social forces involved in occupational disease prevention.Social as an important prevention forces, it role is analysis of the social forces feasibility and path chosen.Through the social forces involved in system, supervision and promotion of business and government to actively fulfill the occupational disease prevention responsibilities of migrant workers and form a multi-rule situation.
