On the basis of previous studies and aggregation, this study carried out a systemicseparation on Lily(Lilium lancifolium Thunb) , which is the native medcines ofJiangsu Yixing. To obtain the active monomer, the active ingredient gradually clearedwhen pharmacological activity tracking method was applied to the further separation.We also establish the methods of evaluation and analysis with this compounds, andprovide a scientific basis on effectively control the quality of Lily medicines.Ⅰ.We take a systemic separation and purification on the chemical constituents ofLilium lancifolium, which resulted in the discovery of 11 compounds isolated fromthe n-BuOH fraction. Their structures were elucidated by their spectroscopy, physicaland chemical properties: RegalosideA, RegalosideC, RegalosideE, Daucosterol,Methyl-α-D-Glucopyranoside, Methyl-α-D-Mancopyranoside, Adenoside, Berberine,(25R,26R)-17α-hydroxy-26-methoxyspirost-5-ene-3β-yl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1'2) -[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1'6) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside,(25R)-spirost-5-ene-3β-yl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1'2) -[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1'6) ]-β-D-glucoρyranoside,(25R,26R)-26-methoxyspirost-5-ene-3β-yl-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1'2) -[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1'6) ]-β-D-glucopyranoside.Ⅱ.Screening test results showed that in vitro and in vivo activity of extracts fromdifferent ingredients : sedative effect, anti-stress injury, and enhance the role ofhumoral immune function, and antitussive and expectorant effect on myocardialinjury in rats. We inferred saponins ingredients in Lilium lancifolium has anti-tumoractivity.Ⅲ.We established HPLC-UV frigerprint of glycerol glucosides in 18 lily fromdifferent regions.Determination of RegalosideA and RegalosideC in lily medicineswith HPLC was also established. On the basis of the isolation of Berberine, we takefurther research by HPLC-MS/MS alliance technology to verify the credibility of theresults, and confirmed the existence of an important compound scoulerine in lily, sowe guess berberine in Liliaceae has the same metabolic pathways in Coptis plants. Polysaccharide compounds of YiXing lily were also isolated and analyzed.
