| With China's growing international status, the popularity of Chinese language continues to grow worldwide. The importance of building up a professional group of TCFL teachers also gradually gained attention. Liaoning is one of the provinces that have done well in promoting Chinese internationally. Therefore, "The Analysis on Present Condition and Countermeasure of TCSL Faculty in Liaoning Province"is a topic that has its value and importance both in theory and practice.This paper is divided into six parts, and is written based on solid data collection and comparative analysis.The introduction section introduces the background and significance of the topic and looking back some past research. The impact of promoting Chinese language on international stage by TCSL Faculty in Liaoning province will be discussed according to the international standards and requirements of teachers of Chinese, and the innovative aspects of this topic and its importance in practice will be presented as well.In the first chapter, the development of TCSL Faculty in Liaoning before and after China's economic reform will be reviewed. Looking back the past three decades, Liaoning has been trying to develop a strong and professional TCSL Faculty and it has made some key achievement– a large team of quality TCSL teachers have been developed in recent years.In the second chapter, the current conditions of TCSL Faculty in Liaoning will be analyzed from both full-time and part-time teachers'perspective. Through detailed data analysis, it summarized the characters of the TCSL Faculty in Liaoning from title structure, academic structure, age structure, specialty structure, scientific research and teaching experience.In the third chapter, we will point out the issues and challenges existed during the development of TCSL Faculty in our province based on the analysis conducted in previous chapter, and analyze the causes of these issues.In the fourth chapter,summarized the findings of previous chapters, and proposed some key strategies to the development of TCSL Faculty in Liaoning province based on the overall direction of promoting Chinese internationally and the international standards and requirements of teachers of Chinese.In conclusion, a further detailed summary and analysis will be provided and the different angle of this paper will be re-stated as well as a couple of flaws of the writing. |
