China currently has 82960000 disabled, 6.34 percent of China's total population in the world, which is one of the most populous countries with disability. Among this, 0-18 disabled children are about 13960000, and 6-14 years old children of compulsory education are about 8130000.Along with the development of undertakings for disabled persons, disabled students'education increasingly has drawn people's special attention. Because of the obstacle of vision, hearing, language and intelligence, disabled students of behavior cognitive abilities, analytical and understanding ability are relatively poor. So that kind of abstract, empty, tedious lecturing doesn't interest them and cannot receive effects. However, they have a strong enthusiasm for music education. Through lithe and graceful notes, they can open their thoughts, know the truth, improve abstract literacy and set up the correct ideas and good moral sentiment.Through humanism education theory analysis of music, this article clarifies the music education of disabled persons should request a higher target from the aspect of overall quality music education, that is free from "pure" music education. Humanism music education's ultimate goal is not the tangible results. What is more important is to arouse the enthusiasm, to help the disabled create feeling of achievements in creating music forms and during aesthetic experience, to help each disabled increase to a higher level of spiritual culture. The fundamental purpose of humanism music education lies not in the music itself, but in training disabled to create through music education. Thus, let disabled overcome limbs, mood, language, cognitive etc physiological and psychological difficulties by inborn creativity and self practice process, and it favors the disabled persons with a more positive attitude and enthusiasm of mental attitude to cope with the new century social changes.This paper aimed at blind students, the deaf students and disabled students of physiological characteristic, and music teaching to sing, instrumental music teaching and appreciation teaching in the field of teaching are discussed in detail. Making clear the music education and development, we must fully understand the personality traits, dig up fully their senses of energy, compensatory in music teaching and practice process, and cultivate the disabled interest and music appreciation, reflecting the special music unique charm. Through the music education for disabled persons and characteristics of in-depth research and practice, the paper further clarifies that physiological and psychological health plays an important role in the humanistic education for disabled students. Through humanism music education, disabled students can improve the knowledge, and more important is that we can use music to achieve physical defects compensation effects on disabled students, and promote their extensive participation in society, return to society, even repay the society.
