| This article is based on the development trend of China's education and previous research, aimed at current social school in Dalian in early childhood and music education institutions and the establishment of the successful educational philosophy and management model with the sort of objective analysis. Among them, I conduct a analysis, discussion and research with the idea of teaching and management in Dalian area, using the example of"Story of the Castle in Dalian"early education institutions and the"Gospel Arts Training Center"(Gospel Music School), and discuss the social impact of these concepts among the social education institutions in Dalian applicants in society.The purpose of this paper comes from the internship practice at many social education institutions in Dalian, through which the author understand the development status of mearly childhood and music education institutions. In addition, a series of problem existed in the social education institutions is founded that leading to the author's consideration on the teaching philosophy and management model of the social early childhood and music education institutions. Thus, the author establishes an analysis and proposes solutions on the current music education for the training objectives. Therefore, this topic conducted and will be explored.There are six sections in this paper.Introduction: The social value and research significance of the topic is introduced.Chapter One: Using the example of"Story of the Castle in Dalian", which is a form of school of early education institution in Dalian, the teaching philosophy and management model will be analyzed systematically, in order to provide a logical and theoretical basis for this topic.Chapter Two: Using the example of"Gospel Arts Training Center", which is a form of school of music education institution in Dalian, the teaching philosophy and management model will be analyzed from theory to practice of their uique characteristics, thus further deepening the theme.Chapter Three: The potential social trends of school community in Dalian is presented through the case analysis of the first two chapters, which reflect the enterprise features of the social education institutions on teaching management, thereby stimulating industrial development of social school education in Dalian.Chapter Four: From the current situation of professional training objective in university music education, university teaching and management should be highly targed and provide effective training for the social useful person, also provides more room for development opportunities for graduates in society.Conclusion: Summarize the view of the study, reassert the important practical significance and social value of the development of education culture of this research topic. |
