Contemporary Music Quality Education Research Ordinary University

Music education is one of the major contents of art education, and it is the most important way of all-round development of quality education. Strengthening the music education has an extremely vital significance for the popularization and the implement of ordinary university education. Since the 1980s China has implemented the total quality education, and music education, as an important part of college education in China, its status of art has been confirmed. Part of the universities had responded to the national ministry of education and called on the open education in college students'elective courses, and average college music education got preliminary improvement. But the author found out, for several universities in Beijing, college music education's quality problems still exist, such as college music foundation knowledge is weak, the music education teachers are inefficiency, college music education system is not perfect and so on problems. The author of music education theory studied predecessors and on-the-spot investigation methods for quality education, and found out that music education has some important concepts such as making simple explanation for the development of music, and through an on-the-spot investigation analysis of the current college music education problems and puts forward the quality of college music education development. Hope that through this exposition we can make more people to improve their quality of music education's understanding, realizing the importance of music quality education for Chinese music education, and the development of the cause which dedicated our own meager strength.
