Research On The Construction Of Dance Education And Training Institutions

The research on the construction and strategy of dance education training institutions is a relatively young topic.With the increasing attention paid to the improvement of physical fitness in recent years and the opening of ideas on the original basis,dance education as a kind of education can not only strengthen the body,but also have the effect of body-building,for dance learners' bodies.The improvement of quality plays an important role.At the same time,it is known that the related papers on dance training institutions on the Internet show that the students trained by formal dance education and training institutions have a relatively higher level of physical and mental health than those trained by non-dance education and training institutions,especially in terms of self-confidence.Dance education not only helps dancers' physical health,but also promotes dancers' physical and mental health.China's dance education and training institutions have had opportunities and challenges in terms of the types of dance education and training,the market value orientation of dance education itself,and the industrial chain formed by the dance education industry.Fujian is located in the coastal cities of China,with a high per capita living standard.It pays attention to the role of dance in physical education.According to the statistics of Fujian Bureau of Industry and Commerce,hundreds of dance education and training institutions have been set up.Fuzhou is the capital city of Fujian Province.Five representative and qualified dance training institutions were selected to conduct research.Their successful experiences and operational strategies can be used as a reference for the construction of dance training institutions.Five training institutions with school-running qualifications were selected to conduct a survey.On this basis,the topic study started with the questionnaire survey,combined with management theory,deduced the particularity of dance as an educational institution,and designed corresponding countermeasures for the problems.Questionnaire survey is conducted from three aspects: trainees,parents of trainees and teachers of training institutions.The trainees are the main body of training institutions(human resources),teachers are the decisive factors(technology)of training institutions,andparents of trainees are the judges and investors(capital)of training institutions.Only by coordinating and uniting the three can a training institution be completed.Through the SPSS model analysis of market research,the questionnaire case can show a better way to maintain the healthy development of dance education and training institutions.In fact,the construction of dance training institutions is to outline a reasonable mode of operation.In this mode,including the establishment conditions,development mode,operation mode and management mode,dance training institutions have their own particularity of organization construction.Around this particularity,targeted strategies are needed to examine the rationality within the institutions.The management mechanism,teaching mechanism and the relationship between trainees and parents of dance education and training institutions should be checked to establish the basic construction that is most suitable for dance education and training institutions.
