A Research On Cultural Industry Competitiveness Of Hebei Province

The development of cultural industries in Hebei Province has unique historical and natural conditions. Although the cultural industries in Hebei Province has made some achievements, but the overall competitiveness of cultural industries is not high. How to further promote the development of cultural industry and accelerate the regional cultural industries, and enhance the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Hebei Province, not only has theoretical value but also has strong practical significance.In this paper, I calculate the comprehensive evaluation of competitiveness to the cultural industry in Hebei Province, from the ability of consumer demand, resource allocation capability, development of related industries, business ability, industry, innovation and sustainable development capability and industrial capacity.I use industrial competitiveness and cultural industries as the theoretical basis of the theory, Porter's diamond model of competitive assessment for the cultural industries as the main model,basing on the data of the Cultural Industry Development of 2004 to 2009. Also I find the impact of cultural industries competitiveness of the main factors, obtained evaluating the competitiveness of various factors, and as a basis to determine the other provinces of Hebei and the competitiveness of the cultural industry development gap, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and last find the way to enhance competitiveness of the cultural industry of Hebei ProvinceThis article is divided into four parts of five chapters, on the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Hebei Province were studied. The first part is an introduction, the main is the first chapter. This chapter introduces the research background, significance. Summary of the second theoretical part, is the first chapter, describing current research status. The third part is the analysis part, by the second chapter, Chapter III and IV form, the second chapter describes the evaluation system of industrial competitiveness and cultural framework of principles and evaluation methods, and build a culture of industry competitiveness evaluation model This part is the thesis of the theory and method of introduction. The third chapter is based on the evaluation of the second chapter model constructed for the competitiveness of the cultural industry in Hebei Province with a general longitudinal study, the fourth chapter is the use of factor analysis on the competitiveness of cultural industries in Hebei Province horizontal empirical evaluation. The fourth part is the Suggestions part of the main contents of chap. In this chapter,I made applicable for the Hebei Province, the reality of cultural industry strategies to promote cultural industries in Hebei Province and reasonable development of the comprehensive competitiveness.
