This paper studies the market economic of Yunnan FU in Qing Dynasty. Qing Dynasty was an important period for the development history of Yunnan's market economic. The open of Mengzi port is the boundaries, the article analysis the development of Yunnan Fu's market economic before this time and the changes of Yunnan Fu's market economic after this time. This paper tries to reveal its inherent characteristics. The full text is divided into three parts:The first chapter focus on the development of Kunming's economic before the open of Mengzi port.This part research from the four angles:the commercial pattern, circulation of commodities, businessmen, residents'economic life. Before the open of Mengzi port, Kunming's commercial center moved from outside the city to city and formed a network traffic in Kunming. At this time, there are many business and goods. The boom of Kunming's market provided a lot of chance of survival. From the above, Kunming as a regional central market,was established.The second chapter focus on the development of the rural markets in Yunnan Fu's counties except Kunming before the open of Mengzi port. Based on material contained in the history of the Qing Dynasty around Yunnan Fu's counties, the area had rural markets with fixed set here and there. Businessmen in Qing Dynasty has gone into rural markets. But the development of those rural markets was unbalance. The rural markets'number of most counties in Yunnan Fu were a little, and the speed of development was very slow. The main goods in rural markets were native products and the necessities for life. The connection between the rural markets and the residents of Yunnan Fu except Kunming wasn't close. But with the economic power of goods to the rural markets, Yunnan Fu's counties formed a market network in rural markets.The last chapter mostly discusses the change of Yunnan Fu's economic after the open of Mengzi port. After the open of Mengzi port, capitalist Invasion seriously affected Kunming's economy development. Enter the products of capitalism occupied the Kunming market, which made traditional business in Kunming gradually decline. On the other hand,this phenomenon also had conducive to develop Kunming's market. At the same time, the invasion of capitalism promoted the modernization development of the traditional business systems, financial, businessmen. However, the invasion of capitalism didn't have much impact on the economic of Yunnan Fu's counties. In these counties, their markets was still slow development. But they tried to establish industry under the stimulation of capitalism in a very short period of time.
