Research On The Influence Factors And The Countermeasures Of The Adaptation To Agricultural Freshmen

Adaptation is crucial to the development of the children and adolescents. The adaptation to college has great influence on the present physical and psychological development of the students, further impact on the development in their adulthood, and it also has great potential value to the social development. So the adaptation to college has been an important research issue. But at present the research of adaptation to agricultural freshmen is so few that the education of agricultural freshmen is lack of pertinence.This study compiles the scale of the Questionnaire of Influencing Factors on the Adaptation to Agricultural Freshmen, including personal background factors, family factors, school factors, society factors and personality factors on the basis of a series of preparations. Then the researcher selects 700 freshmen from Si Chuan Agricultural University, in order to explore and analyze the adaptation to agricultural freshmen. Furthermore, the study discusses its influencing factors systematically. Aiming at some freshmen who are disabled in adaptation, the researcher provides constructive consultation, By compositive investigation and data analysis, the study draws following conclusions:1. The adaptation to agricultural freshmen is imbalanced, some better and some worse, although the overall adaptation is in good condition. The emotion state and the communication activity is the main adaptation problem of agricultural freshmen. In the comparison of the adaptation to the freshmen of the agricultural college and the ordinary college, vocational college, the emotion adaptation and the communication adaptation of agricultural freshmen are better, and the environmental adaptation is worse.2. The adaptation to agricultural freshmen is influenced by their personal background, family, school, society and personality factors. The adaptation exist significant differences among ages, majors, school choices, matriculates and the university entrance exam scores in the personal background factors. As considered from the family factors, feelings of family intervention, family communication, family atmosphere, family violence and unattended conditions are related to the adaptation, concerning the school factors, school diversity development, campus interpersonal relationship and teaching atmosphere are related to the adaptation, referring to the society factors, social support and social activities are related to the adaptation, as to personality factors, the five factors are related to the adaptation.3. In the regression equation of the adaptation, extroversion, sentimental, openness, family communication, agreeableness, social support, diversity development of school, openness, the university entrance exam scores, caution, social activities and campus interpersonal relationship can foresee the overall adaptation to agricultural freshmen; sentimental, family communication, agreeableness, social support, extroversion and openness can foresee the emotion adaptation to agricultural freshmen; diversity development of school, sentimental, openness, family communication, social support, campus interpersonal relationship and extroversion can foresee the environmental adaptation to agricultural freshmen; diversity development of school, sentimental, family communication, agreeableness, social activities, campus interpersonal relationship, openness, family emotional involvement, singleton female situations and extroversion can foresee the communication adaptation to agricultural freshmen; caution, sentimental, agreeableness, family communication, campus interpersonal relationship, the university entrance exam scores, father cultural degree, social activities, extroversion, social support and teaching atmosphere can foresee the study adaptation to agricultural freshmen.4. To improve adaptation to agricultural freshmen, the agricultural college should focus on improving the state of their emotion adaption and communication adaptation, strengthening the efforts of family, society, school and individual, paying more attention to the special group.
