A Study On The Economic Ethics Of John Rawls' The Justice Of Theory

John Rawls' economic ethics is significant in many aspects under the market economy of our country's policy of reforming and opening to the outside,such as individual freedom and country intervene,equity and efficiency,distribution of the social wealth according to equity,lessening the income gap.What he emphasized,the difference principle during distribution,the principle of interest compensation and the appeal of justice system to individual morality,will be helpful in correcting the injustice phenomena exist nowadays in China.This thesis is intent on pioneering on the research integrity of John Rawls' economic ethics. Try to use the philosophical thinking to analyse the contents,values and Enlightenment of Rawls' economic ethics in distribution.The article is divided into four parts: The first section is introduction; The second section discusses the theory source of Rawls' economic ethics in distribution;The third section discusses the connotation of Rawls' economic ethics,discusses the content of Rawls'two justice rules,which includes the connection between the confirmation of justice and the system arrangement of justice, the rule of difference and equality in justice of choice; In the last section,the dissertation evaluates the deficiency of Rawls' economic ethics and the significance for our socialism market economy. Rawls'equal rule is helpful for us to understand the unification between the equity and the efficiency,the first distribution of national income.Rawls'rule of difference offers the academic bases for the second distribution of national income and the common wealth.
