On The Legitimacy Of System: The Comparing Study Of The Marxist's And Rawls' System Of Justice

Justice is the core issue of traditional Western political theory, it relates to the Western cultural tradition of rationality, freedom, equality, liberation, struggle and political values such as rationality and legitimacy. Marxism as a reflection of modern Western political and social critical theory, all his life is the pursuit of human freedom and liberation on the reality of the value of the ideal and justification system. Therefore, the Marxist conception of justice and the traditional Western rationalism of justice are both substantially distinguished, and intrinsically linked.
