Justice is the core issue of traditional Western political theory, it relates to the Western cultural tradition of rationality, freedom, equality, liberation, struggle and political values such as rationality and legitimacy. Marxism as a reflection of modern Western political and social critical theory, all his life is the pursuit of human freedom and liberation on the reality of the value of the ideal and justification system. Therefore, the Marxist conception of justice and the traditional Western rationalism of justice are both substantially distinguished, and intrinsically linked. After the Criticism and absorption of the Western classical and modern utilitarian contract, Rolls completed the justice of the new contract theory in line with the characteristics of the times .On the basis of justice, designed by social and political systems, which has the actual reference value to perfect the Western political system, maintain of people's individual rights and ensure the stability of society. Therefore, today, in building a harmonious society which is very concerned about the protection of fairness and justice system , with the Western tradition of comparative justice, especially justice and the Western theory of justice Rolls who epitomize the theory of comparison, a new awareness of Marxism, to fully exploit a Marxist conception of justice, the realization of the Marxist concept of justice, properly understood, and on this basis to achieve justice and the Marxist concept of the contemporary, with a view to building a harmonious society of fairness and justice system to make the establishment and improvement of theoretical guidance is particularly urgent.
