Jun Kiln is famous in north China, which site located mainly at Shen-Hou town Yuzhou City of Henan Province and can be found all the city, and which was a very important developed northern ceramic producing area. Jun ware is famous for kiln changing, and owning to their outstanding artistic achievement and cultural content it has always been a popular study of ancient ceramics. Although Jun kiln is numerous, unearthed porcelain rarely preserved.Liu Jiamen kiln which is unearthed in 2001 has clear formation and long span of history can be classified to general Jun kiln Jun Tai kiln is Official Jun kiln, Henan Provincial Museum excaved part of the kiln sites in 1974~1975, and more than 1,000 pieces of porcelain specimens were found. In the spring of 2004,,the harmaceutical of Yuzhou city Henan Province transferred to new establishded factory and the original site was used for real estate development then a large number of porcelain specimens were unearthed. In this paper, Liu Jiamen Jun porcelain that excavated in 2001 and the offical Jun porcelain that excavated respectively in 2004 and 1974 were the researching object , using proton induced X-ray fluorescence analysis (PIXE) non-destructively tested the chemical composition of these samples.In the chapter 3, we analyzed the data using multivariate statistical analysis and get the result of the non-destructive identification of ancient Jun porcelain that derived from different kilns.In the chapter 4, we analyed the body and glaze microstructure of the Official Jun porcelain that unearthed in 2004 using scanning electron microscopy.In this paper, we obtained the following conclusions:1,The Official Jun porcelain that excavated in 1974 and in 2004, although came from the same kiln, but the formula of glaze is very different; the source of body is also different in certain extent.2,Although Liu Jiamen Jun porcelain had a longer time span, the formula just has a little change.3,The glaze formula of Official Jun porcelain that excaved in 1974 and 2004 has significant difference with of Liu Jiamen Jun porcelain; and there is also different in body source, relatively it's more close to the former Liu Jiamen kiln third stage.4,According to the microstructure of the body, the Official Jun porcelain unearthed in 2004 has sizes corrosion debris and small particles of quartz, clay mineral debris and holes; and there are complete development rod-like mullite at the junction of body and glaze, but at the anomalous thick glaze area, there are a lot of cracks; according to the microstructure of the glaze,the Official Jun porcelain unearthed in 2004 has a standard liquid-liquid phase.
