The third chapter called "Zhang Wei's working methods and directing style", Zhang Wei's biggest characteristic is cooperation, which based on her understanding of the opera' comprehensive feature. She also attached great importance to the music and actors. In this passage, her all kinds of cooperation and creative processes had been concreted and summarized. Besides, her personality and directing style had been made a careful analysis. Zhang Wei was one of the first directors after Chinese Traditional Opera director system established, she devoted herself entirely to Ping opera, made tremendous contributions for Ping opera's and Ping opera Modern Plays'development., so her contributions should not be ignored.
