"5.12" Wenchuan earthquake caused huge casualties and damage to household wealth, the industrial economy has been hit hard, stagnant agricultural development back, blocked the flow of commerce, infrastructure and public service facilities and other serious damage. First, in post-disaster reconstruction and disaster areas to ensure the production and life are closely related, including rural housing, urban housing, health, education, broadcasting, transport, natural gas, water supply, water and so on. Cultural Heritage protection work often do not pay attention to. Reconstruction work as an integral part of the rescue of cultural heritage protection work is not only physical reconstruction of their homes, but also the spirit of rebuilding their homes. Not only to hit the masses of material support, and spiritual comfort and moral support has an important significance. Leads to the necessity of post-disaster reconstruction and cultural significance. In this paper, the Second Temple relics rebuild Dujiangyan repair work, for example, combined with conservation management theory, analysis of the Second Temple relics repair work after the disaster protection gains and losses, and proposed conservation measures for improvement after the disaster.
