A Study About The Reconstruction Of A Temple Of Jin-Tu Sectarian

Based on participant observation, some local,situated social facts of will be found during gathering first materials,which will start some discussion about the A Reinventing Temple, and then try to make some breakthrough about this subject.At the same time, the government will benefit from such study,especially aspects of innovation of religion management laws,institutions and practices.In this paper,the author will try to describe the course of a reinventing temple,and then the logic and strategies of Buddhism in Xin Jiang will be discussed.Participant observation and the etic-emic-research of cultural anthropology will be adopt by author in this study.At the beginning,the participant observation is more hidden.and then opened observation has become the main way for my study. Correspondingly I have different identification in different phases,which make it possible to adopt the etic-emic-research of cultural anthropology.By etic research of cultural anthropology,the relationship between the Buddhism and the local government,and among regions could be found.on the other hand, the Emic-Research will help us to know the strategies of the temple.The age of Magnificent building is used to describe such strategy of reinventing temple.At first, in order to increase their The Advantage of Tourism,the local government prompt the temple to rebuild at a new place.the project of rebuilding is so expensive that the temple have to raise donations.Among all sponsors,the The entrepreneurs who believe in Buddhism play a key role in reinventing.As a result,the temple managed to receive more help from Buddhists and so temple community of Buddhists was created.This community exerts some effect,but Organizational slack is the main problem because of lack of Eminent monks.at last,they pay more attention to the development of sangha.The above are reflected in Buddhism activity.In the introduction of this paper, the context of studying,the literature review and the methods and strategies would be introduced.the basic situation of the temple,including brief history,the interpretations of removal and who will reinvent the temple,will be discussed in chapter 1.The topic of next chapter is the strategy of Magnificent building,by which the temple expect to be beyond secularization.At the same time,you will find that this strategy is produced by the government.The economic issue will be concerned in the third chapter.From this paragraph,we will understand why the entrepreneurs who believe in Buddhism play a key role in reinventing.In the fourth chapter,we will talk about the temple community of Buddhists.In the fifth chapter,it is finally recognized that the group of monks in the temple should be pay more attention.In the last chapter,The above aspects are reflected in Buddhism activity.All in all,based on the concrete and situational fact about religion from first-hand information,the double logic of contemporary Chinese Buddhism in development is analyzed by author in this paper from both emic and etic perspective.These logistics include the development of economy by the development of religion which was sponsored by the local government and the spread Buddhism by sculptures which was conducted by the temple.some strategies,such as the Buddhist community and income from donation, are produced. This study prompt the development of theory of the relation between society and religion. And it also has some practical meanings.
