This article mainly aims at researching Aristotle's ideas of justice. Aristotle's idea of justice is very abundant and profound, so it is very difficult for me to analyze and study it deeply. And the only thing that I can do is to research it preliminary. Therefore, with my tutor's help, I chose the justice of politics,the justice of law and the justice of ethics from Aristotle's ideas of justice as the main thread of my article. We can be enlightened on value from the contents of the above three.The whole article centers on ideas of justice, analyzing the contents of the justice of politics,the justice of law and the justice of ethics. By analyzing the three aspects of the ideas of justice, we can know Aristotle's ideas'influence to the world, especially to our country, it has an effective effect to the building theory and a harmonious society;in particular, it has special significance to our country's democracy and legal system development. My article mainly focuses on the four following aspects: 1) the origins of Aristotle's ideas of justice and the illustration of the definition of justice. Compare the ideas of justice of Aristotle and Plato to find their origins on ideas of it. 2) The theoretical content of Aristotle's justice of politics and justice of law. The justice of law is the core; the order of justice is based on the principles of justice, following the golden mean strategy of ruling a country. The law is a guarantee to justice. The justice in Aristotle's ethics means fairness. Analyze Aristotle's ideas on justice among people from the aspects of ethics that is the illustration of morality, exploring people's justice in ethics and how to practice justice and fairness in specific situations that is the realization of justice. 3) The enlightenment of Aristotle's ideas of justice; most of the scholars realize that Aristotle's ideas of justice has an instructive meaning and practical value on social order and the realization of social justice. It has a realistic meaning on solving the unfair phenomena and problems. .Aristotle's ideas of justice drive people to pursuit justice continuously, achieving perfect society and realizing the ultimate happiness of human beings.
