FuXuan is a famous thinker,politician and writer,who lived between the Wei and the Jin Dynasty.As a representative writer,we can find the transitional characteristic of WeiJin literary style more directly through his works.This paper is divided into four chapters,focuses on the literary status of FuXuan's poetry,cifu and prose, to give him a scientific and reasonable appraisal in the literary history.The introduction in this paper generalizes the research situation into FuXuan.this part discusses the values and meanings of the research on FuXuan'documents, literary works and the way of study.The first chapter is a brief research of FuXuan'life story and family background, this part is a intensive analysis of FuXuan'birth and death, family status and career situation.This part also discusses the additional factors when he lived,such as political background,ideological background,iteratus'status and so on.The second chapter generalizes FuXuan'documents,this part is intended to investigate versions,catalog records of Fuzi and FuXuan'collected works. The third chapter discusses the FuXuan'character and literary ideal,this part analyses his character who is resolute and testy,it is shows his unique personality charm when compared with the people who lived in the Dynasty. This part also discusses his stylistics and zongjing'literary criticism theory which has a groundbreaking significance in the history of literary criticism. The fourth chapater means to have an overall analysis to his works, this part is divided into three parts: poetry,cifu and prose,it will combine with works'content and art techniques which will review overall style of his works. The conclusion means to give him a reasonable appraisal in the literary history.
