During the last days of the Sui Dynasty, there were furious peasant uprisings, and feudal bureaucrats in succession set up separatists regimes using force of arms declaring themselves king or emperor. This paper chooses fragmentation of the Longyou region into two regimes by rivaling warlords. The two protagonists are the Hexi Daliang regime and the Jincheng, Xue Ju regime. The aim is to discuss at the end of the Sui and beginning of the Tang dynasties'society and economy, and all around high level of flourishing. In this ancient feudal civilization appeared an unprecedented grand historical period. At the Longyou region took place important historical facts. Li Gui is viewed historically as China's only Liang state's nationality emperor. Although the Hexi Daliang regime that he established was very short lived, Li Gui's Hexi Daliang regime's history in the Wuwei region was written down in colorful detail. Xue Ju, Western Qin emperor, set up a separatist regime in Jincheng by force of arms. Despite having a period being the height of power and splendor, he prematurely became sick and died. However, this brave man of action, overlord of Western Qin, still lives forever in the hearts of later generations. The Hexi Corridor, situated in the Longyou region, is an old and important thoroughfare of the Silk Road. There is no doubt to the significance of the Hexi Corridor's geographic location. Chinese and Westerners must pass through this thoroughfare to carry out transmission and exchange of culture. This type of transmission and exchange accelerated Chinese civilization advancement and development. At the same time, this deepened friendship between Chinese and western people, and made the western world understand how deep and broad Chinese civilization is. Important historical research regarding the last years of between Sui and tang dynasty Longyou separatist regime was conducted. This research was conducted not only to provide greater knowledge and understanding of Longyou region's important function as part of the Silk Road and Chinese-Western cultural exchange, but also because today's Longyou region is important to our country's socialist modernization construction, and its location is important for current Chinese-Western cultural exchange.This paper researches between Sui and tang dynasty Longyou's two separatists regimes individuality, and at the same time, what the two regimes have in common, in order to make the comparison process of the Sui dynasty's two separatist regimes individuality and commonness, and between Sui and tang dynasty's separatist regimes for numerous readers more clearly recognizable and understandable.
