This article aims at analyse the chinese innovative packaging design, the trends of its and various periods of red culture, also the related design applications and inheritance. The red packaging design and local products design is a symbiotic relationship, and how to focus on local products creative packaging, graphic design, design color and the packaging materials and processes with red culture. First, base on the research of Chinese market, this article analyse the packaging design innovation and trends of China. Culture is the basis for packaging design innovation, no culture is like a taste of the packed shell without a soul. Packaging design innovation only on the basis of established only in the cultural market. The local product packaging should be based on local culture,the more packaging,the sales better. We should give full play to the advantages of regional culture and put it into the local product packaging. Secondly, thisarticle analyse the content of the red cultural and its design at that period, point out that red packaging with the local culture there is a symbiotic relationship. The red culture for the local product packaging provides adequate nutrients, where packaging is conducive to the promotion and red culture forward. Finally, this article is deeply study how creative packaging of local products, packaging, graphic design, color,shape, packaging materials and processes with red culture.Concluded that the red used in the local culture, product packaging has important practical significance and social value. On the one hand, the red culture offer the materials for packaging design, and redesign of product packaging, making it to be a more national and local characteristics. Meanwhile, the design of nationalization make the Chinese art of Grand View Garden in the world more wonderful, brilliant,also push the local economic development quickly. On the other hand, product packaging design protect our products and its selling, but also enable consumers to understand and learn more about the red packaging culture, which enhancing the red cultural charm, mining and traditional culture heritage, promote an improve the national spirit and national cultural, building a harmonious society is of great significance.
