international situation is Complex and changeable today, while China is in the social transition, various contradictions and problems highlighted,there are a lot of potential instability thing in society. migrant workers which Share of the total population of more than 200 million are a vulnerable group in China,they bear many costs of Chinese reform and development, their psychological feeling deserve our attention and care,while building a harmonious spirit of migrant workers and resolving their potential anti-sovial vindictive mentality is good for building of Chinese socialist harmonious society.Therefore,the harmony of the mind of migrant workers became a new academic focus.In this paper, based on harmonious society, spiritual harmony and other areas of the latest research,adopted normative research and empirical amalysis and used of the Marxist-round human development theory, Important thought of "three represents",theory of socialist harmonious society, "people first" scientific concept of development, " marginal man "theory as the theoretical basis, to build a socialist harmonious society as a object. From the perspective of harmonious spirit of migrant workers and with the research starting point of the psychological status of Chinese migrant workers this stage, investigated and analyzed the heart of migrant workers in wuhan and interruptive factors,then proposed the route choice of the harmony of the mind of migrant workers. The paper Mainly from Three aspects of the quality of migrant workers, migrant workers in interpersonal communication and social environment to analyze and argument the interruptive factors of the harmonious spirit of migrant workers.Survey:migrant workers have different levels of negative psychological, especially is inferior, gap, inequality, insecurity, avoidance, corruption and the sense of loneliness, impulsiveness, resentment, tension, alienation, helplessness. Affecting the psychological conditions factor largely is the quality of their own soul, ideas, marriage status, ability and communication skills; interpersonal alienation, discrimination and differential treatment; social environment is not sound.Suggested to resolve adverse psychological of migrant workers and build a harmonious spirit of migrant workers through education to improve the quality of migrant workers, through mutual respect, understanding, caring, tolerant to improve interpersonal communication, a sound social system to improve the social environment, in order to promote the building of Chinese harmonious socialist society.
