There are many precious historic and cultural heritages in the 5000 years history of china. As an outstanding example of outdoor immovable stone monuments, Yungang Grottoes in Shanxi are precious cultural heritage and were listed as an UNESCO world heritage. In recent years, in addition to the natural factors, the stone monuments are dramatically damaged due to attack of air pollutants present in atmosphere. If no measures are taken, these precious cultural heritages will disappear in the near future. However, the requirements of materials for conservation of historical stone are becoming much more concerning now. The inorganic and organic composite coatings are considered to be promising with applications in stone conservation due to their anti-aging, sterilization, resistance to UV, corrosion, and oxidation. In this article through the tests some better organic matter are picked out from the organic compounds, and find a better protective effect of several complex combination of nano particles, prepare on a weathering in stone conservation better nanocomposites. Their coating of the stone samples are related to testing and impacting assessment. This article for disease of the Yungang Grottoes in Shanxi made a preliminary statistical analysis, the results show that the weathered surface of the Yungang Grottoes is one of the major diseases, and also the protection and management of the diseases need to find a surface protection material for its protection. Organic matter through pH, contact test, disintegration test, water absorption, capillary absorption, permeability, UV resistance, freeze-thaw cycle test, microstructure, color change, the wetting angle, acid and alkali and Salt and other performance tests, from TEOS, epoxy resin and silicone polymers and organic fluorine and a dozen other organic compounds, the selected results better tetramethoxy silane, tetraethyl ethyl, methyl trimethoxysilane, methyl triethoxysilane, and butyl methacrylate and BYB1002 hexafluorophosphate as the six organic compound basis. Also observed the size of the contact angle and surface roughness and surface energy of the surface uniformity of the set in the experiment. Then with stirring apparatus and high-energy planetary ball mill and its complex combination of nano-particles, combination of silicone and its combination with organic fluorine compounds is more freedom than any organic compound in water absorption, and capillary water absorption, hydrophobic and resistance to aging and UV and freeze-thaw was better. The addition of nano-particle effects have been improved a lot of organic matter, and the hydrophobic silica nanoparticles on the improvement of the biggest is better, with a nano-silica surface will turn white stone Stone powder with the addition of color improves great help, and nano silica stone powder also adds, and this is the better. The water absorption is small, wetting angle is also large, and color samples before and after is the big change.Effect of anti-weathering and stone relics of the quality of materials are no uniform standards and norms, and all kinds of stone artifacts weathering material only for comparison of test results determine the effect of good or bad by testing its nano-composite material for the best , especially in the hydrophobic, water absorption and resistance to aging, and the complex organic compound is good, complex organic matter better than the pure, simple organic compounds better than the blank sample, although nano-composite material has a relatively good results, in some respects but also has not reached the pre-image of thought in UV resistance and aging resistance and prolonged immersion in water, its hydrophobic declined significantly.
