In recent years, the number of overseas students coming to China from Central Asia is increasing, as well as the number of volunteers sent from China to Central Asian to teach Chinese. However, it is common that due to culture difference, there are conflicts not only between Central Asia students and Chinese teachers in China, but also between local students and Chinese teachers sent from the government in Central Asia. In order to guide the teachers to have a correct view on the conflicts, make them correctly deal with cultural conflicts between teachers and students and establish good relations and improve quality of teaching, this article could be a theoretical guide, avoiding the influence due to cultural tradition, cultural biases and Ethnocentrism. This article discussed and made research on the phenomenon, and took China and Kyrgyzstan as comparison example to find the underlying reason of the conflicts between teachers and students.This article used historical method, cases and interviews to show the real cases of cultural conflicts between teachers and students, applied related cross-cultural communication to raise the strategy of dealing with cultural conflicts between teachers and students under cross-cultural background, which is to accelerate cultural adapting ability and cultivating communication skills under cross-cultural background.The article consists of four parts, which are introduction, analysis, countermeasure and conclusion.Introduction of the article is mainly about why choosing this topic, theoretical significance in reality, researching subject and methods of the article and also includes related comprehensive review and definition of core concepts of this article, including cross-cultural conflict, cultural conflict between teachers and students.The analysis of the article consists of three chapters. First chapter investigated and analyzed cultural conflict between teachers and students under cross-cultural background, discussed about specific performance by listing cases of cultural conflict between teachers and students, including non-verbal communication and verbal communication. Second chapter analyzed the impact of cultural conflict between teachers and students from both positive and negative aspects. Positive impacts include the promotion of mutual understanding between teachers and students, the birth of new classroom culture. Negative impacts include affects the normal classroom teaching, and normal relationship between teachers and students, etc.Third chapter explored the causes of cultural conflict by culture of the two countries.The countermeasure of dealing with cultural conflict , specifically including accelerating cross-cultural cultural adapting ability by developing of the sensitivity of different cultures and develop empathy.and improving cross-cultural communication skills.The conclusion summarized the article and analyzed reason of very rare people researching such problems, and explained the limitations of the research of the article and clearly specified the research direction in future.
