Combined with method of description and explanation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and combined with the basic theory of function rhetoric and communication studies to make system analysis for the title of the Chinese movies and TV Programs, Strive to accomplish combining theory with practice and theories based on proof.In this paper, the object of study is the title of movies and TV Programs. First we classified the naming elements and summed up the major naming of movies and TV Programs. Then, the paper tentatively analyzed the characteristic of the title of movies and TV Programs on the aspect of all angles of rhetoric. Last the thesis used of Statistical methods, and the argument is more convincing. Above three aspects is the main innovation of this paper.
