"Ba" in modern Chinese occupies an important position, is the most characteristic of the basic sentences. Meanwhile, the "Ba" is the most difficult of foreigners learning Chinese grammar points, and is also one of the major foreign language teaching points. In this paper, I sum up previous studies of " Ba", including characteristics and significance and make a survey for the Korea students studying at former Shandong University at Weihai Institute of International Education. And my aim is to make a more comprehensive investigation on "Ba". Through the survey of the "Ba" and the analysis of distribution of bias, I want to identify the source of the bias. Based on the previous summary of the "Ba" bias types and though the analysis and categorization of the reasons of the " Ba" bias done by the surveyed Korea students, I found some "new bias".Based on analysis and categorization of the survey results, and also combined with years of teaching experiences of my supervisor, I summed up the specific teaching and learning strategies of "Ba". And at the end of this paper, I selected some specific examples of the bias in the survey results to demonstrate "three asks and four step analysis" which is the specific mode of operation of teaching and learning strategies.Meanwhile, this paper, take "The Learned Chinese" series of books for example, explain that the current foreign language teaching in the "Ba" grammar points and exercises designed in the books still have some problems and shortcomings, and for these deficiencies I made specific teaching strategies integrating the "three asks and four step analysis". I hope those strategies can make sense to Chinese teaching on "Ba".
