Recent studies have shown that the topics of movie business problems throughout the world not only focus on the simple analysis to the classic film mode in Hollywood, but also combine with the viewpoint of contemporary marking economic to discover the inherent principle. However, this process hasn't risen until the 90s in the 20th century, and there was not a system of academic theory system at that time. In addition, the research to this process has still stay at the macroscopic level. In order to promote the industrialization of film, an essential research should be carried out.This essay begins with an introduction to the World Film, especially to the development and commercialization of Chinese film, and discusses the fierce competition in the film industry with the theory of contemporary marking economic,customer realization towards service quality and social mimicry theory, then put forward the current commercial film mode, including production mode, publicity mode, showing mode, etc. Next state the functions, disadvantages and position shortcomings during this development process, and also present the solutions to balance the film artistry and industrialization. In the end, the author shows the trend of film commercialization to the future from the aspects of movie enterprise, fund and base of movie and television and system of national value.
