Yue Ling thought origined from the attention and understanding on time rhythm and orientation .In the long-term agricultural production practice,the ancients formed seasonal thought that complyed with nature.Natural seasonal order was transformed into national decrees by nation awarding new calendar in Ming Tang.The progress of astronomy calendar guided the formation and consummation of Yue Ling ideological system.The emergence of the YinYang and Five Elements theory provided operational mechanisms for Yue Ling thought.The rules of achievement complying with time didn't only summarize production and life experience ,but rosed theroy discussion,that made Yue Ling ideological system expand the universal model which included everything in the nature,and got mature in Han dynasty.The system was a space-time model that was orderly filled with all elements of the nature and the prominent feature was conducting the'four seasons and five orientation'as the total structure.Every parts of the system was mutually connected and uniformly operated.In time level, the performance of the system was the running of four season and twelves months and in space level it affected the climate, phenology, production and every aspects of life.The core of this thought was that doing everything abided by the proper time.This core had multifunction in Han dynasty. It directed and guided the political and legal system, ecological protection, agricultural production and ordered life manner, carrying all aspects of Chinese traditional society.
