Korean students have become the largest group of foreign students in China. Under such a background, study on Korean students'Chinese learning and teaching has become an important aspect of teaching and studying Chinese as a foreign language.This paper mainly researches Korean students'Chinese learning and teaching in Korea and China two areas. In the first area, it studies academic organization, academic dissertations, specialized websites, academic activities, academic journals, Chinese teaching, Chinese teaching materials, curriculum reform, etc. In the latter one, it studies Korean students'Chinese learning, Korean students'Chinese teaching, contrastive studies of Chinese and Korean, Chinese and Korean cultures, HSK, teaching materials to Korean students, etc. And it presents achievements, insufficiency and subjects to be researched continuously in study on Korean students'Chinese learning and teaching.This paper explores some new fields in Korean students'Chinese learning and teaching. Due to influence of affection, language and culture, Korean students have developed their own characteristics in Chinese learning.Questionnaire and interview methods are adopted in this paper. Based on an investigation into Korean students learning Chinese in Yanji, having kept abreast of current situation of Korean students'learning Chinese, this paper analyzes Korean students', as Chinese learners, characteristics in affection, language and culture and the implication to teaching.The paper provides references for the teaching practice of Korean students learning Chinese and the improvement of their learning efficiency. Thus, it has certain referential value for study on Korean students'Chinese learning and teaching.
