A Study On Chinese Characters Learning Of Korean Overseas Students In Anhui University

With the Korean overseas students in Anhui University as the research objects, this thesis aims at stating their motivation, strategies and abilities of Chinese characters learning by adopting the method of questionnaire research and individual interviews. Based on some relevant data about the characteristics of Chinese characters learning of Korean overseas students, this thesis provides positive strategy and advice for Chinese characters teaching.This thesis includes5chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the origin of the subject and expounds the purpose, meaning and methods of the study.The second chapter introduces the status quo of this research mainly in6aspects:Ⅰ. the study on the motivation of Chinese characters learning;Ⅱ. the study on the strategy of Chinese characters learning;Ⅲ. the study on the biased errors of Chinese characters learning;Ⅳ. the study on the ability of Chinese characters learning;Ⅴ. the study on the investigation of Chinese characters learning;Ⅵ. the study on the Chinese characters learning of Korean overseas studentsThe third and fourth chapters are the key parts of the thesis. By adopting the methods of quantitative and qualitative research and through questionnaire research and individual interviews, the third chapter gives a detailed analysis of the Chinese characters learning of Korean overseas students from several aspects such as, the motivation, strategy, possessed ability of Chinese characters and satisfaction towards teaching materials and methods and so on.The fourth chapter gives such advice aiming at the problems appearing in the Chinese characters learning of Korean overseas students as teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, developing students’interest towards Chinese characters learning, leading them choose and use efficient learning strategy as well as improving the ability of Chinese characters learning with targets.The fifth chapter is a conclusion. It summarizes the main points in the thesis and points the disadvantages on the study as well as the developing trend.
