Friend & Watson explained the concept of social anxiety in 1969, and advanced the concept of social avoidance and distress. Social avoidance includes actual avoidance behavior and avoidance inclination. People who suffered from social avoidance often behave to refuse to be together with others for some reason ,refuse to speak to others or even escape from anyone. Social distress refers to that negative affectivity in social communication or can't feel ease for lack of positive affection. Then researches about this arouse wide scholars'concern. The purpose of this study was to research on the current situation of social avoidance and distress, the mutual influence among self-acceptance, perceived social support and social avoidance and distress, and then constructed the relationship model among self-acceptance, perceived social support and social avoidance and distress. Study research shows that:1 There is room for further improvement in the college students self-acceptance, perceived social support level ,and the college students'social avoidance and distress status is for development.2 Students'gender and students'pool have a highly Interaction on self-acceptance. Gender gap showed on that urban female students have a higher score than urban male students, and pool difference showed on that urban female students have a higher score than rurul female students.3 Students'gender and students'pool have a highly Interaction on family, others and perceived social support. Gender gap showed on that urban female students have a higher score than urban male students, and pool difference showed on that urban female students have a higher score than rurul female students.4 Students'gender, students'grade and students'pool have differences on social avoidance and distress, and it showed on that male students have a higher score than female students.5 Self-acceptance and perceived social support are a significantly positive correlation. Self-acceptance and social avoidance and distress are a significantly negative correlation. Perceived social support and social avoidance and distress are a significantly negative correlation.6 Self-acceptance and perceived social support have a good predict to social avoidance and distress7 Perceived social support plays a mediate role between self-acceptance and social avoidance and distress.
