712 students were chosen from two vocational colleges and two high schools in JinHua.Four scales which include the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire, Family Cohesion and Adaptability Questionnaire(FACESâ…ˇ-CV), Classroom Climate and the General Sense of Self-Efficacy Scale were used. ThisResearch know the level of the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being and inquires theRelationship between well-being, family environment, classroom climate and self-efficacy. According to theResults, wpropose some strategies to improve adolescents'well-being. In addition, this study is confirmed to take on the theoretical significance to enrichResearch on adolescents'well-being and provide data supports for the adolescents'developing.TheResults are:1. TheReliability and validity of MHQ was good and the scale suits for measuring the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being.2. The level of the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being was the middle on the whole, and the level can be improved.3. The most important well-being event which the vocational college students and the high school students thought was warm home, health and good friends.4.The analysis showed that the main effect on well-being in school style, the vocational college students got higher score than the high school students. "School-and-Grade"had a significant Between-Subject effect on well-being.5.Positive Correlation was found between family environment, classroom climate and self-efficacy and the sense of the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being and they were validated to be significant predictor to the sense of well-being between the vocational college students and the high school students.6,Family environment, classroom climate had an directly impact the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being, Meanwhile the influence of family environment, classroom climate on the vocational college students and the high school students' well-being were partly mediated by self-efficacy.The Suggestions and countermeasures for ascending among the vocational college students and the high school students were of personal.family and school combined together three aspects,and try hard.To the vocational college students and the high school students, they need to improve self-efficacy and establish good socialRelationships.To family.there is a reasonable expectations,to establish the harmonious family atmosphere, democratic upbringing and good parent-child relationship.To school, build good education environment atmosphere, develop well-being education and mental health education.To teacher, note classroom management skills, pay attention to education and care and strengthen emotional students' self-efficacy.Last, pay attention to the combination of parents and schools.
