Study On The Qiaoli Dialect Spoken In Linfen City

The thesis gives a full research on author's mother tongue, the Qiaoli dialect of Linfen. A general description of the dialect's phonetic system about the initials, finals and tones have been gotten from my fieldwork. The dialect's interal difference between literal and colloquial reading and also the historical of layers have been analysed. In addition, the corresponding law of the Qiaoli dialect and mediaeval dialect have been concluded from the diachronic comparison about Qiaoli and mediaeval dialect so as to give a further understanding to the Qiaoli dialects development.In the part one, the situation and the development about Linfen city, the related information of Qiaoli have been introduced. In addition, the research situation of Linfen and the survery of method and content, have been descripted by simple way.In the part two, the phonological system of Qiaoli dialect have been introduced, including 27 initials(include zero initial),42 finals,5 tones. A syllabary have been built from this system, continous reading sandhi of fold the word group and not fold the word group have been described, the sandhi type and law have been concluded.In the part three, the Homonyms accroding to Syllabary on a survery of the dialect have been made, and also some local words in the common use have been renewn.In the part four, a comparison between the Qiaoli dialect and guangyun system have been given, in order to find out the historical source.In the part five, the difference between literal and colloquial reading and the historical of layers have been analysed.
