Financing is significant for Creative Industry as CI in China is still at the early stage. By studying the present condition of 198 CI enterprises in Shanghai with empirical analysis method, some features were found existed in the corporate financing process. Firstly, CI can be put into two categories-Producer Services sector and the Consumption Service sector, of which product, scope and characteristics are distinctive. The difference was striking on accumulating funds too for both of them. Secondly, due to the lack of external reserves channels, CI enterprises in China are mainly directed by internal reserves finance. Large enterprises expand direct financing while the small ones were compelled to choose indirect way. Third, the time frame of served fund was so limited that CI companies are very hard to use it while dealing with business. Proportion of intangible assets, the way of guarantee certificate, and the sector the company belong are main variables to effect on a bank loan for CI. In addition, a sound financial system and credit rating is to determine the degree of cultural and creative enterprises an important indicator of the credit for the degree. These characteristics should be considered seriously.This article is divided into four parts. Finance theory was described in the first part of induction. The second part we talk about the concept of creative industries, classification, growth factors, characteristics of enterprise scale system analysis, focusing on cultural and creative industries in the two proposed classification-the production of services and consumer services. The third part through the research and statistics, analysis of financial status of cultural and creative industries, the financing of cultural and creative industry characteristics, and the establishment of multiple linear regression model, discussions of cultural and creative enterprises of various factors on the impact of successful in obtaining loans. The fourth part of the financing for the cultural status and characteristics of creative industries made possible improvements in the financial services industry on the cultural and creative ways.
