Triggered by the U.S. subprime crisis, the economic crisis spread rapidly around the whole world, which compelled kinds of organizations under the stress of survival. In order to break away from the passive status, the organizational change become more and more popular and the perception of job insecurity rise sharply. With these, the employee organizational trust drop gradually. The organizational trust as one of the primary field in Organizational Behavior and its rattrap attract many researchers to explore in theory.In this research, we first discussed the components of organizational trust based on an questionnaire. Then we investigated a sample of 265 employees from different kinds of organizations to investigate the relationship of job insecurity, organizational trust and work outcomes. We used SPSS 16.0 to analyze the data of survey. The main results were summarized as the follows:(1) The structure of organizational trust in Chinese organization was composed of two factors. There were cognitive trust and affective trust.(2) Multivariate analysis of variance found that only a few demographical variables (gender, marriage etc) affect the organizational trust significantly.(3) Job insecurity was negative linear relationship with organizational trust. Insecurity of job execution and insecurity of payment and promotion had significant and negative effect on organizational trust.(4) Supervisor support moderated the relationship between insecurity of job execution and affective trust.(5) Organizational trust mediated the relationship between job insecurity and employee individual performance; Organizational trust mediated the relationship between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior.(6) Organizational trust had significant and positive effect on employee individual performance and organizational citizenship behavior.
