Anxiety is itself and the need of the society under threat generated by the emotional reaction. Since always, anxiety is psychology, clinical psychiatry research subjects such as an important issue. The current about psychological health problems of high school students got extensive concern of the whole society, anxiety and other emotional issues mental health is one of the important factors. Self-esteem is people praise, attention, like his degree, is individual self value, the ability, the important role the general perception in emotion, is a positive emotion experience. Healthy self-esteem feeling and the good psychological quality closely, is to influence students motivation, emotion, cognitive, and behavioral development center of personality in individual cultural life elements to psychological development and support as influence factors of the anxiety level of anxiety level play an important role. This research students as the research object, explores and analysis of self-esteem, social support and anxiety of characteristic and the relations between and for middle school students' mental problems early identification, intervention and prevention, provides the theory basis for high school students psychological counseling and education work provide practical basis.This study adopts the self-esteem scale (Rosenberg compiled SES), Shaw water compilation Zung social support scale of anxiety and self rating scale (SAS), of 120 rural middle schools, 59 of urban middle school students whose software spss13.0, income data statistics with students, investigation and analysis, social support and self-esteem and the characteristics of the anxiety and their relationship. Through the inspection related data differences and regression analysis, the following conclusions:1 and middle school students' level of self-esteem significant differences in gender differences, grades and urban and rural areas are not significant.2 and middle school students' social support in gender and urban and rural scoring significant differences no significant difference, grade.3 and middle school students' anxiety scores in the gender factor significant differences, grade and urban and rural differences are not significant. 4 and middle school students' self-esteem and social support significantly positive correlation exists between social support level higher, the higher the level of self-esteem.5 and middle school students' self-esteem, social support and anxiety, a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and social support level higher, anxiety, the lower level of self-esteem and social support for anxiety has very good prediction effect.
