The cause of Chinese teaching and promotion in Tunisia started from the seventies of the 20th century, developed from Chinese language as elective to "major language", until 1998 upgraded to a major. For more than 30 years, since the policy support of Tunisia and China, attaching importance to the education cooperation and the devotion of teachers, Chinese language teaching and promotion in Tunisia has made a great development. But in September 2009 the Ministry of Higher Education of Tunisia stopped the enrollment of the major of Chinese language, the cause slides into a low stage. Constraints are fully exposed in the immature discipline, lack of teachers and adverse employment market. This paper tries to find problems through case studies, and propose a solution from the point of view of language of economics.
