Native Chinese teachers are the main force of the world Chinese teachers and the reliable guarantee in the sustainable development of promoting Chinese language internationally. In the context of the international promotion of Chinese language, the study on the status and problems in the professional development of native Chinese teachers ,is advantageous to enhance their professional quality,to train nationalized Chinese teachers and to develop nationalized Chinese teaching materials and teaching methods.This study take Novosibirsk as an example, discusses the status and problems of the professional development of Russian Chinese teachers,and bring up countermeasures to promote their professional development.Firstly,this paper reviews the background of professional development of the Russian Chinese teachers, including the national education system,the teacher education system,the history and the present situation of Chinese teaching, the status of Chinese teachers in Russia, and lays the foundation for further study.Russian education system is divided into two parts ,general education and vocational education,proposes multi-level construction of the development system for continuous normal education and has regular teacher training standards, regular curriculum and teacher accreditation system, and protect teachers from the various treatment. Russia has a long history of Chinese teaching for three hundred years, in the period of Russian Czar and Soviet, Chinese teaching groped in the dark and growed up in the twists and turns, but accumulated a lot of teaching experience and cultivate a large number of excellent Chinese teachers.Now promoted by the government, the Chinese language teaching presents prosperity, at the same time,put forward a higher requirement for Chinese teachers. Secondly,this paper takes Novosibirsk as an example, uses the method of questionnaires, interviews and classroom observation, makes a deep research on the native Chinese teachers, Chinese students, educational administrators,takes an all-round understanding of basic situation, teaching situation and professional development situation of Russian Chinese teachers.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the problems in the professional development of Russian Chinese teacher and explores the causes.In the aspect of specialized knowledge, they lack knowledge of Chinese language,Chinese culture and educational science.In the aspect of professional ability, their Chinese teaching ability and scientific research capability need to be improved. In terms of emotion and attitude,some teachers lack teaching enthusiasm ,have a weak sense of self-development and variable career orientation,which led to a great losses of teachers.In the terms of professional resources, curriculum resource ,high-quality teaching resource and professional teachers'resources are limited. Reasons for these problems involve(1) individual factors, (2)educational factors such as issues of teacher training, lack of professional support, heavy teaching task and low attention of schools,(3)social factors such as low level on teachers'status and treatment, lack of policy implementation,less optimistic about the career prospects and so on.Finally, on the basis of the discussion, this paper points out the countermeasures to promote professional development of the Russian Chinese teacher,including establishing the concept and atmosphere for Chinese teachers'professional development, promote qualification standard of international Chinese teachers and mutual integration of teacher certification system, promote cooperation in Chinese teachers'Training to raise their professional level , broaden the channels and take multiple measures to promote their professional development,build a platform and integrate professional development resources for teacher professional development, etc.
