In this paper, using the combination of positive and speculative study methods, it is based on the clue of the development of the Chinese history, on the sequence of historyas follow: "Pre-feudalism despotism period--- Feudalismdespotism period--- the period in which Chinese cultureimpacted by the foreign culture ---the period which startedfrom the founded of the People' s Republic of China to the end i ngof the Culture Revolution--- the period in which Chineseculture rise again among the world", the dissertation also states the status of development of the Chinese spoken language, summarizes the characteristic and analyzes the cause of formation of the Chinese spoken language, and presents a summary about the essence of the Chinese intercommunicate in every history period. Finally, it considers the main problem and the cause of formation in the teaching of the Chinese spoken language which based on the reform of new curriculum, and discusses the solution of the problem preliminary at the part of the conclusion.
