| The mental health of university students relates to not only their healthy growth but also the long-term plan of socialistic constructions of successors. As the reform of education system, social transformation, thought reform and forms of employment are becoming more severe, the university students are in the late of the puberty now and the mental growth hasn't been completely mature. The interaction of all the above factors makes most of university students meet kinds of problems regarding mental health, and then feel confused, even have the psychological barriers.Through summarizing the experience, surveying by myself and consulting the reference, I list some existing problems in mental health from eight aspects and analyze the social, domestic and personal reasons. Also I list the urgency and necessity of strengthening the mental health education from four aspects. Also, I point the five main problems of mental health education nowadays and some measures to improve the mental health education. Taking measures and multi-pronged approach are the fundamental way to improve mental health education. Through various measures, it continuously improve the psychological quality, grow mental endurance, overcome some problems which are not benefit to the growth of mental health, eliminate negative factors and establish a good mental status. This article is mainly divided into four parts:First of all, starting from the existing problems in mental health now, and then analyze the some possible reasons from subjective and objective aspects.Then, strengthening the mental health education is a full implementation of deciding the Party's requirements of quality education and a great significance of improving the morality of university students, strengthening intellectual development and fostering the ability of innovation.And then, the problems in mental health of university students are not suited to the objective requirements of development, which should be strengthened.At last, strengthening the mental health education needs the combination of the external and internal factors. Regarding the external factors, the school needs to build the prevention system, play full role of counselors, combine the family and the school well and establish the warning mechanisms. As for the internal factors, we need to improve the self-regulation mechanisms of mental health. Through various forms of education, it achieves the best educational results.Nowadays, there is plenty of paper about the mental health of university students. However, few of them can study systematically and comprehensively. This paper seeks a breakthrough. |
