The language is not only the cultural constituent; moreover it is reflecting the culture. The language is the cultural product and again carrier of the culture. Language and culture are not separable, particularly in Chinese language. If in the study process learner not exposed to Chinese culture and if cannot understand lifestyle and history of modern China, then cannot truly grasp good Chinese.I believe most of the handbooks and methodology for teaching Chinese in Mongolian Schools are focused only on teaching language itself. But, in modern teaching methodology of languages we must not ignore "cultural" and "human relations" contents. These contents must be studied with importance as well as language itself. Therefore, I think Chinese teaching materials needs the overall evaluation of including "language, human relations and cultural aspect" contents. The cultural aspect, in general includes "knowledge, communication and skill" cultures. Especially, first two aspects emphatically should be included in teaching materials and textbooks as a part of the cultural content. For culture content analysis purposes I have chosen two textbooks that widely used in Mongolia to teach Chinese in high schools. As a result of my research, I have concluded knowledge and communication aspects are not enough and redesigned adding some missing contents that I have determined should be present. In order to do this, firstly, I have analyzed cultural content which was included in the teaching material already, its comprehensiveness and proportion. In the next step, I proposed how to add cultural content as the knowledge culture and the human relations culture to better accommodate Mongolian students' study characteristics and interest. Finally, I have chosen certain Lesson and redesigned on cultural content with concrete teaching methodology, as well as illustrating time arrangement and way of presentation for teachers who are teaching Chinese language for Mongolians.
