The vocal music learning strategy is an essential part of the vocal education at a higher vocational school. Employing the vocal music learning strategy neatly is beneficial for students to enforce their learning abilities, improve their learning qualities and increase their learning interest. Based upon the theory of vocal music learning strategy, respectively , this paper attempts to organize and analyze the vocal music strategy of cognitive, meta-cognitive, and resource management. At the same time, by integrating theory with practice and employing some research methods such as investigation and experimentation, it gives us the analysis of the present application situation of vocal music strategy and adopts some corresponding measures to guide students to study the vocal music efficiently and employ the vocal music strategy consciously. It's been proven, in the actual teaching experience, that this theory is good for the students. During the time, directions of the teacher are not neglectable and the learning independence for students is also shown. Finally, the following research is considered and some suggestions are given.This paper makes a preliminary research of the vocal music learning strategy in hopes of unfolding its theoretical framework and experimental results in a clear and orderly way, and establishing its important value in Music Educational Psychology so as to lay a good foundation for the wide research of vocal music learning strategy.
