This article is about the Thoughts on Scientific Ethics of the Danish physicist Niels Bohr. In half of the20th century is the era of physics "revolution",Bohr has gone through two world wars, he is one of the greatest scientists of the twentieth century, and also a great thinker. The code of conduct for scientists not only reflects his profound scientific knowledge, but also reflects his ethos and ethical connotations. Bohr active concern with great enthusiasm for the political, social, he linked science and technology and ethics closely, his efforts to create an "open world" is to create a precedent of history, he made great contributions to science.He is a milestone of the European history of science. Bohr leaded everyone onto the right path of science, promote the development of quantum mechanics. With the leadership of Bohr, the field of human thoughts has being broaded, and the atomic age that shocked the physics has being formatted. The recouting of Bohr's family background, learning background and social background, reflect the spirit of Bohr's temperament and moral pursuit,reproduce the basic ideas of Bohr's thoughts on Scientific Ethics,that is pursuing of truth, respecting for nature; unity, cooperation and fair competition; respecting for the older generation, guiding and supporting young generation; academic democracy and freedom to explore. Reveals the historical mission of the contemporary scientists, a strong sense of responsibility and indelible scientific conscience. In the process of learning the ethical ideas of Bohr,,one can establish a correct outlook on life and values, and a correct attitude on science. Bohr always believed that the natural progress of science will never lead to the division of humanities and natural sciences, scientific development must be conducive to human and social.
