The Individual Moral Responsibility From The Perspective Of Public Life

With the rapid development of science and technology,globalization spreading, many new problems are arising in the social modernization, such as increasing ethical tensions,which are closely related with the lack of moral responsibility.In the real life, although everyone's survival situation, values and interest demands are different, everyone bears the social responsibility to give each of us Similarly. So the research to Individual moral responsibility from the perspective of public life is important to achieve people's freedom, rights and well-being.The first part of the article has pointed out that the lack of individual moral responsibility exists in family life, professional activities, day-to-day socio-economic and political exchanges, and particularly described the main performance of the lack of individual moral responsibility in the main areas of socio-economic, political and natural environment. In the following, the article analyzes the reasons from the four aspects of the understanding to the responsibilities, social restructuring, responsibility system and education of responsibility.The second part of the article has focused on the analysis of meaning, feature, existing forms and importance of the individual moral responsibility, and high lighted the subjectivity and hierarchy of the individual moral responsibility. This section also looks at the point dimension of individual moral responsibility, dividing the individual moral responsibility into self-moral responsibility, social moral responsibility,natural moral responsibility and moral responsibility to future,and analyzes on this basis the importance of individual moral responsibility to achieve social harmony.The third part of the article has mainly studied that the Individuals bear a moral responsibility in public life to be followed by three principles, named the coexistence principle, the principle of harmonious development, the principle of competitive collaboration. By describing the meanings and roles of the three principles, the purpose is to explain that Individual's survival and development activities are closely linked with the outside world,and accurate grasp the three principles can help the individual assume consciously the moral responsibility.The last part of the article firstly discusses the premise of achieving individual moral responsibility,such as free will, rights and interests. Secondly, considering the status of chinese individual moral responsibility, put forward everyone should strive for liberty, equality, justice and integrity.Lastly, the article explores actively how to achieve Individual moral responsibility from the aspects of culture of Inherent responsibility, external social constraints and control mechanisms.
