Using General Well-Being Schedule (GWB) and Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ),610 three-year higher vocational College Students from 3 Sichuan Vocational College were investigated. It inspected present Subject Well-Bing and attributional style of higher vocational college students, analyzed the relationship between them. In order to explore the clearer factor, which impact the Subject Well - Being of vocational college students. Enriching the content of school psychological theory and developing the theory of higher vocational education. The conclusions showed:1, The Subject Well-Being scores of vocational college students are level. The degree of Subject Well-Being from high to low are sad or happy mood, energy, emotional behavior of the control, healthy worry, relaxation and tension, the life satisfaction and interest.2. There were no significant difference between gender (P>0.05). It was significant difference between urban and rural students in relaxation and stress(P<0.05), which urban could be feel more happy than rural, but no significant differences in grades, the second students will be low happy than others; it is significant differences in energy, emotional behavior of the control and relaxation and tension, the freshman is the most happy. There are significant differences in the professional, the science students are more happy than the arts. It is significant difference in geboren or not only child(P>0.05)on emotional behavior of the control, healthy worry and relaxation and tension.3. The vocational college students in attributional style made more negative attribution. It was called in Chinese traditional attributional style- Fatalistic Theory;4. There was significant among urban, rural and gender(P<0.05):in gender, the female made more positive attribution than the male; between urban and rural, the urban students made more positive than the rural; but no significant in professional, grades and geboren or not only(P>0.05).5. It was significantly related between Subject Well-Being and Attributional style of vocational college students. Attributional style influence Subject Well-Being.
