| Sung Chiang Battle Array is one of the most traditional art form of the local in the religious folk activities in Taiwan."The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array organized tertiary institutions" is the only competition of the traditional cultural activities. This is lasted for9days in Taiwan Kaohsiung Neimen District and must be held in the February of Lunar Year which is the birth month of Guanyin Buddha. Both local residents and tourists gather and pay respects at the temple, where they will watch the performances of the Sung Chiang Battle Array at the front of the square. The main purpose is to pray for the blessing of peaceful, good weather and good life through Guanyin Buddha. Sung Chiang Battle Array shows a strong and luscious military exercise pattern in teamwork. The Neimen Sung Chiang Battle Array Heritage in Taiwan which had a long history is mainly from civil grassroots spontaneous force. During these years, there was also a very important force that is promoted by education. So "The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array organized by tertiary institutions" begin, this competition also can reflects the indomitable character and the admirable courage of spirit of Neimen people.This research uses the best team of the participating institutions in "The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array organized by tertiary institutions" in Taiwan Kaohsiung Neimen District as an example. This research used the qualitative research methods, such as fieldwork, text and data collection, and personal interviews as the main basis. From the perspective of dance education and dance creation, through the use of anthropology, folklore and aesthetics to explore the different types of the performance style, content characteristics and the source of ideas of The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array. At the same time, the researcher is using the audio, video data, and watching those performed works as auxiliary. Finally, the researcher summarized and analyzed with the collected sub-data. Under the deep research of the performance matrix patterns of the traditional Sung Chiang Battle Array, raising out the problems faced by "The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array" and the suggestions of solving the problem. Think about the impact of college students by The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array, so that we can combine the use of professional academic skills and the creative choreography capabilities in the future. Not only the exertion from the government of Taiwan and the schools, but also the need for recognition from the social community, everybody needs to make more effort and attention for the traditional Sung Chiang Battle Array and the Folk Culture. In this way, the unique style of the Sung Chiang Battle Array will shine in Taiwan and also in the international community. Besides, it also helps to promote academic exchange activities between Taiwan and China. And thus it will have the opportunity of continuing and developing. This thesis consisted of the introduction, three chapters and the conclusion. The introduction is the description of purpose and significance of this research, the cross-strait research of this topic and related developments, research ideas and methods. The first chapter explores the origins of the Sung Chiang Battle Array and the incoming and rheology of the Neimen District Sung Chiang Battle Array. The second chapter discusses the development status, performance, and comparative analysis of "The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array organized by tertiary institutions" as the main content. The third chapter will be based on the fieldwork research and the thinking in the phenomenon of The Creative Sung Chiang Battle Array organized by tertiary institutions in Neimen District by the author.
